Easy Eggnog Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 packet powdered gelatin (0.25 oz.)
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. water
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste
- 2 tbsp. Amoretti® Eggnog Compound
- Ground nutmeg (for garnish)
Directions
- Bloom gelatin with 2 tbsp., of water.
- In a saucepan heat sugar and remaining water until sugar dissolves, not boiling.
- Strain sugar water into a bowl and stir in gelatin. Set aside to cool.
- Whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Mix Eggnog Compound into the gelatin mixture.
- Fold into the whipped cream carefully so as to not lose volume.
- Pipe or spoon into bowls and let chill for 1-2 hours.
- Garnish with nutmeg and enjoy!
