
Double Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Bread
This double chocolate chip banana bread is rich, moist, and packed with deep chocolate and nutty hazelnut praline flavor. It’s the perfect way to use up ripe bananas while creating a decadent treat.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed (about 3 large/4 medium-sized bananas)
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Amoretti® Natural Hazelnut Praline Artisan Flavor
- 2 tsp Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract (2x)
- 1/2 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, eggs, sour cream, Amoretti Natural Hazelnut Praline Artisan Flavor, and Amoretti Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
